Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be honored for manufacturing defects. If you need to return or exchange an item due to a manufacturing defect, please Contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return as well as details about the defect.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed.
If the returned product is accepted from the manufacturer, shipping the product directly to the manufacturer will be the responsibility of the buyer.
When a shipment is returned as unclaimed, a new shipping charge will be incurred if the order is re-shipped. If the order is cancelled at this point, the order will be invoiced and the freight charges will not be refunded.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We always ship from the warehouse closest to you with stock, so generally shipping times are kept shorter by this. All shipping times are estimates, and sometimes stock needs to be transferred between warehouses before shipping is started. If you require the order by a specific date, please include this in the notes section of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
